Use an email that has been set up with a dedicated fax number

A Telephone Services Admin contact from your department must submit a ticket via Request Tracker to enable this service.

Incoming faxes can go directly to a dedicated fax number via an email address. If incoming faxes are to be directed to an email address, you must set up a general email account that would be monitored by one or more people.
