Self-serve password reset

                                        
 Remember:  There are two different passwords that can be reset during this process. Be sure to select the correct one.
         
  1. Browse to http://ts-officelinx3.private.uwaterloo.ca/SelfService/ResetVoiceMailPassword
  2. Type in the email associated with your OfficeLinx voicemail
    1. <WatIAM ID>@uwaterloo.ca
  3. Select the password you wish to reset
    1. Reset Voicemail Password is your voicemail PIN that you use to access your voicemail over the phone
    2. Reset UC Application Password is the password to access your voicemail on the client web interface
  4. Fill in the text box with the characters from the image
  5. Click Send a Request
  6. An email will be sent to you regarding the requested password reset (and for which one, Voicemail or UC Application)
  7. Click the link in the email to finish the password reset process
  8. If you delete the email or take no action, your existing password and/or PIN will still be in effect

If you do not have an email associated with your voicemail box, please submit an RT with the extension number and the email to be added to the account.
